in today's bird news, i saw 2 eastern phoebes! they're just little brown birds but i was very excited 🥰 my merlin app has picked up their calls before, but i don't count that unless i actually see or hear a bird myself. and today i spotted them in one of our trees hunting for bugs!!

i'm excited for this! the competition to earn money and focus on logistics feels like a return to that bv1-2 energy, which i think could be fun! starting with bv3 they went for a lower-key hangout vibe, which was rly nice, but yeah like.. stress them out! as a treat! 😌

are you sure?! season 2 will have a minimalist travel concept where the two will compete in games to earn spending money, traveling across switzerland and vietnam on a modest budget with an old travel book. season 2 will have 8 episodes, released 2 at a time each wednesday from dec 3-24.
