Cypher players are some of the most inventive and creative gamers out there—and no one knows that better than the MCG team. We have the pleasure of seeing so many amazing fan-made supplements, tools, paintings, writings, drawings, sculptures, cosplays, and more, and we want to give back, so— Monte Cook Games wants to commission a custom illustration of your character on your behalf! Three imaginative winners will receive a full-body character illustration from fantasy artist Olivia Ryan (@oliv_pit), who just so happens to be MCG's social media coordinator! That’s right: we want to give you free art of your beloved Cypher character! Just like Cypher, this raffle is any genre, any setting. All Cypher characters are welcome, no matter if you’re playing Predation, Ptolus, Gunslinger Knights, or your own homebrew setting! The rules for entry are simple: Tell us your Cypher character’s sentence, plus anything else you’d like to include! Do you have art for them already? A playlist? Moodboard? What is their backstory? 500-character limit, please! Human-made work only! Any entries made with AI-generated images or text will be disqualified. You’re welcome to submit more than one character; however, each participant will only be eligible to receive a free drawing of one of their entered characters. Monte Cook Games will retain the copyright of each piece (and we may even use one or more of them in a future product!), however winners will have full, life-long permissions for non-commercial use. Winners will receive high-resolution files (including the full-body image and a cropped headshot for use on a character sheet!). Remember to tag us (@montecookgames) to be counted! While you are welcome to share your character wherever you'd like, at this time we can only officially count entries on Bluesky, Reddit, Pinterest, and Facebook.
