This movie had a lot of flaws but I really enjoyed it. Much worse action films have gotten never ending franchises, I really wish we could've seen more.

I'm sure the primary motivation is racism. However, knowing he's a Christian nationalist too, I'd bet he legitimately does have serious paranoia about "dangerous heathens" in the military.

For me if I want to make a garlic butter sauce angel hair is the best choice, but it's also really the only use I have for it.

I've always said I would create the most elaborate, completely unnecessary pranks of all times. Huge sets, dozens of paid extras, months of prep. Just so when the person finally realizes they've been pranked they're not even mad. Just baffled at who would waste so much money on this? Me. I would.

It would've been way easier if we started 20 years ago but we could kick oil entirely in 5-10 years if we actually bent our economy to it with war powers like efficiency. Many of the nastiest effects of climate change and pollution could be fixed or mitigated within our lifetimes.

If you truly believe that, you need to be campaigning hard AGAINST Newsom, right now. A large contingent of the base has made it clear they'll never vote for him. Since you, clearly, support voting blue no matter who, the only rational choice is to find someone those people support and vote for them

I think most of them assume toeing the line protects them, and I'm sure a good chunk of them thinks their skin color protects them as well. And those things do work, but only for so long.

I'm fairly confident there's been a number of surveys that show not being far right is one of the easiest things you can do to help yourself get laid. It's a massive turn off to most people.

In my experience some Terro would do it "for the season" and that's about as close as you're ever gonna get. But they will always find a way back.

It's worthless now to continue to point out the ways in which they match Eco's Ur-Fascism but the stuff with Biden is so perfectly "the enemy is both helpless and all powerful" it feels too obvious.

They have absolutely no connection to truth and will switch realities whenever it's convenient because it's how they've been trained to think. If they manage a diplomatic solution Trump has always been the peace president. If it's war, Trump never said that and has always been the tough guy.

As someone who argued a lot for the right of people to be kinky or slutty or just plain weird if they want to be, for the rights of people to own their own sexuality, it's very frustrating to watch prudish people backslide on this and think it's progressive.

We've got governmental institutions trying to set civil rights back by decades and I'm supposed to think a woman making a barely pg-13 level kinky album cover is a problem.
