Yes. It’s true. And it breaks my heart. I grew up going there often - weekly as a teenager! Their drinking age was lower than ours in TX so I would drive all my friends back and forth so no one would drive drunk. It was home. So many there don’t want ANY of this. But it’s always been corrupt up top.
