Now wait a god damn minute. Who's culture are we defending?

This is bone-chilling rhetoric from an official government account. We are not inching towards fascism. Fascism is here.
This really feels like a defining post of our time

Given Donald Trump’s premature federalization of the National Guard and deployment of Marines into US cities, we’re destined for the summer of 2025 to be one of fire and brimstone, right?

Probably not actually.

Anyone else notice we haven't really been talking about Elon Musk in what...over a week?

Turns out starting a war is a pretty good way to distract from the guy who bought you an election confirming for the world that you are a sexual predator and pedophile.

Oh gosh, I really don't like him guys. Like REALLY don't.
Reporter: Have you seen the musical before and do you identify more with Jean Valjean or Javert?

Trump: Oh, that's a tough one, the last part of that question. That's tough, I think. You better answer that one, honey. I don't know. I've seen it. We've seen it a number of times. It's fantastic.

We are having to translate the presidential daily security briefing into cartoons and videos games so that the current President will pay attention long enough.

WHAT ARE WE DOING.
WTF. This is the most sensitive, classified information and they want a Fox News anchor/producer to have access to it? Good luck having anyone share intel info with us. www.nbcnews.com/politics/nat...

So I...didn't like the season finale of #Hacks? I mean, it was a beautiful piece of television, but it just seemed out of place in some way. Superb acting, beautifully filmed and scored. Cinematic. It almost felt like a 40 minute long music video? I still don't know how I feel.

Why do we as moral, patriotic Americans just stand by and let this happen?

Why aren't people flocking to Bakersfield to protect this kid? This FOUR YEAR OLD CHILD that the Trump administration is actively trying to kill by deporting her when she needs medical care?

We should fight these battles.
4-year-old Bakersfield girl facing deportation could die within days of losing medical care - Los Angeles Times

Don’t ever tell me that Christians support the GOP. There is nothing Christian or Christ-like about this. Just plain old cruelty and callousness:

In 2023, a Mexican girl, 4, was allowed U.S. entry for lifesaving medical care. She and her parents, who live in Bakersfield, have been told they must leave.

Another example of how drastically shallow the bench depth is in the MAGA movement. It's comprised of a large, uninformed electorate and a small handful of sycophants in charge, forced to wear multiple hats to compensate. How badly does our nation suffer b/c these roles aren't faithfully executed?

Ten years of Trump going on TV and just fucking saying whatever, and still nothing like an industry set of best practices to deal with it. Put someone on the set with a laptop to look stuff up, pause the interview, whatever. He'd walk off but so what. Amazing to still be at "agree to disagree."

We already have a process where we can get them out...it's called DUE PROCESS. This interview is going to be evidence in so many future court cases it astounds me. The man undermines himself the moment he has to think on his feet.
Q: "In our country, even bad guys get due process, right?"

Trump: "If people come into our country illegally, there's a different standard."

Q: "But they get due process?"

Trump: "Well, they get a process where we have to get them out."
