It is extraordinarily weird watching him conveying a single, cohesive thought for more than five seconds here. It really does show you that, while his heart as always been several shades deeper than vantablack, there's something medically wrong with his brain at this point.

This is an extremely important point. When Bill Gibson wrote "she stared directly into those soft blue eyes and knew, with an instinctive mammalian certainty, that the exceedingly rich were no longer even remotely human", he was not making a figure of speech.
The sheer scale of wealth that buffers billionaires is hard to visualize.
