People keep making fun of this clip but you have to understand that he’s solving a pervasive problem he was personally experiencing wherever he went: extremely boring parties where no one had any idea what to say to each other

I’m usually a fan but the framing of this is a little off. He was saying at least a week before Election Day, and certainly during the last debate, that he would keep Tisch—and has already been criticized and questioned over it. It’s not really whiplash at this point
