So-not an attorney here, so bear with me-he’s arguing that ALL statements constitute debate, even when they are directly prohibited? And that disparaging another person for no purpose other that personal benefit, constitutes an official act?
Not a good look for a co-chair of the preeminent law firm Sullivan & Cromwell LLP to be hanging with Boris Epshteyn, let alone while cheering the appeal of their adjudicated-digital-rapist client in the Carroll defamation case.
