My first take after the announcement was how this would work when traveling to overseas tournaments. Ugh!
If US Youth Soccer really is going to recalibrate all the age groups, wouldn’t this also be a good time to pressure the various competing state and regional leagues to consolidate under one umbrella so there’s not five state championships, 20 state cups, and teams can play more games locally?

Absolutely! I had a great comment at a #Disability Inclusion training I was delivering recently, where a Disabled person said the most important thing for them was that people understood they were Disabled AND capable

That's a very raw perspective, Puneet. I haven't faced it directly in my daily life, but I have seen that from politicians such as Trump. I am very concerned about losing any footing gained here in the USA. By the way... I would have NO problem speaking against if/when it crosses my path.
Disabled people make up 25% of the world’s population. One in four. We are not a fringe group, we are not invisible, and we are certainly not “parasites.” Yet, too often, political debates reduce us to those very words—parasites, burdens, scroungers.
