Icebreaker questions for our drivers in Buenos Aires:
-What club do you support?
-Who is the greatest: Maradona or Messi?
-Can Argentina repeat this year?

I’ve spent the last 10-12 years being really indifferent to the World Cup coming back to the United Stares. Now that the event is getting closer I’m officially unexcited.

Okay we can scratch this one off the list….
Not the greatest game of footie but the atmosphere was absolutely amazing. Like nowhere else.

I’m glad to see the Seahawks back in the Super Bowl and I’m happy for all the fans, from casual (such as myself) to the diehards.

The King Penguins of Falklands FC are clearly opting for a 1-5-5-3 today.

So converting travel pics into AI slop before posting to social media is now a thing?

What a pathetic species we’ve become.

This evening at sunset… or as close as it gets down here at this time of year… we must have seen at least 60 humpback whales! They just kept coming and coming.

(Not pretending any of these pics are good, just trying to convey the experience as best as I can)

Does this mountainside look like a giant cat head to anyone else besides me?

PITCH: Nicolás Maduro, P. Diddy, and Luigi Mangione break out of the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn and go on the run, O Brother, Where Art Thou? style.

Just bought ibuprofen, a course of antibiotics, 2 albuterol inhalers, and some cold medicine in Buenos Aires for $27.36

They asked me how many interest-free credit card payments I wanted to split it into: 1,2, or 3.

One of the odder things for me after stepping down from full-time club coaching/directing is that I actually have a much greater opportunity to wear “normal” clothes than I ever used to.
For 30 years, on the majority of days I’d leave the house, my wardrobe was predetermined by someone else.

Im going to be at El Monumental next week and for my budget’s sake I’m very relieved that I don’t care for any of River Plate’s 25/26 training gear.

When my wife threatened to leave a network if she didn’t get a rate increase (after 8+ years of stagnant fees), the representative questioned my wife’s commitment to her clients and suggested that a true therapist would worry more about helping people and less about the money.
Those who need therapy often have to pay out of pocket or go without care, even if they have health insurance.

Hundreds of mental health providers told us they fled networks because insurers made their jobs impossible and their lives miserable.
