Mum to 4, writer writing my 1st few spec scripts and fiction books.
Disabled by ex-husband's violence, gave fibromyalgia; also Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. Happy to share my past. Healing loudly so no one feels alone.

Since I came out of hospital in mid-July, my voice has been on/off weak, often disappearing and then coming back later.
Asked in a heart failure group and others seem to have this issue. Still going to check with the GP

Next week, I have a ct scan to see if the swollen lymph nodes in my chest are still swollen, which would mean a biopsy, or if they've reduced in size.
Shitting myself to be honest, but like every other trial in my life, I face what's coming.

This is not caused primarily by "screen time".
It's been caused by the mass eradication of third places for young people in basically every city over the past three decades - and a society that's hostile to the concept of teens socialising in public spaces.
