Der sogenannte #Nachwuchs, das sind Leute wie ich. Ich bin 39. Seit 8 J. promoviert. In 1 anderen Leben hätte ich längst Kinder auf weiterführenden Schulen, festen Job, verlässliche Wohnsituation. Infantilisierung dient auch dazu, uns sowas zu versagen. Deshalb: Weg mit der Bezeichnung! #IchBinHanna
Mit dem Wort „Nachwuchs“ werde „ein Reifungs- beziehungsweise Fertigstellungsprozess hin zum Ausgewachsen- beziehungsweise Nachgewachsen sein“ suggeriert, was wiederum „impliziert, dass Wissenschaftlerinnen & Wissenschaftler vor der Etablierung defizitär (unfertig, unreif o. ä.) sind“." (2/2)

And so the first anniversary of the formation stream series ends and we can remove Hell Creek from the list. I had ideas for an HC piece for nearly a year but only over the last few weeks came this composition really together.
