To put some things in perspective, an avg of 5K - 20K views on a video where you talk at the camera about nothing, even at about 15 min in length… cause nobody is watching that all the way through is maybe $25 - $60 in ad revenue.
Post 3, 4 or 5 of those a day and you’re desperate for cash / views.

I was put in charge of fixing a problem someone else caused, which OK, fine, but I’m getting all stressed out & anxious because one of the parties involved is treated me like I’m the source of the issue. The issue started way before I was hired! I’m fixing it & trying to prevent it happening again!
