I love video games.
I've been thinking about the "Mystery" of games a lot since Void Stranger. I love when games are able to "sell" the feeling that anything is possible. Or when they telegraph their size and then shatter those preconceptions
I love a lot of things Angeline Era does, but IMO its smartest decision is understanding that Mystery and Full Knowledge Of A Game's Scope are enemies that cannot coexist and its refusal to even _imply_ what completionism looks enhances its sense of atmosphere a thousandfold

I had to wait 10~15 minutes before trying again, but I successfully bought Silksong on Steam. Impressive that the game brought the storefront to its knees. Haven't seen that in a long time (though I tend not to play big AAA releases like Rockstar games, Cyberpunk, CoD, etc...)
