MO Gov Mike Kehoe is calling a special session to gerrymander the 5th District which encompasses Kansas City.
He is specifically violating Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act, which bans any voting practice that denies or weakens the power of a racial minority to elect its preferred candidates.

It’s weird so many liberals shoot the messenger on this. It’s as clear day to me that as far as post democracy, we are just about all the way there.
I wonder if so much of the denial is folks are taught that Jim Crow was about water fountains and not violent political and economic repression.
