The Trump admin fools no one. The Freedom of Access to Clinics Act (FACE Act) is meant to protect those seeking and providing abortion care. It’s not meant to be used as a weapon against dissent.

This is what a post-Dobbs America looks like: As reproductive care deserts expand and OB/GYN providers disappear, especially in rural communities, more people are being pushed into impossible situations. This is a crisis, and it’s getting worse.

Last night, House Republicans passed the SAVE Act. This bill, if enacted, would block millions of Americans—including married people who have changed their names, trans people, naturalized citizens, and more—from voting.

Message your Senators and tell them to BLOCK THE SAVE ACT.

Abortion is health care, reproductive rights are human rights, and every New Yorker deserves the freedom to make their own medical decisions.

I’m proud to receive a 100% score from @reproductivefreedomforall.org and have their endorsement.

I’ll keep fighting for everyone’s individual freedom.

We are proud to endorse Jocelyn Benson for Michigan Governor. Jocelyn has been open about how her own experience with reproductive health care informs her fierce advocacy, and she has a proven record of fighting for Michiganders and standing up against anti-abortion extremists.

Republican politicians know that their policies are unpopular, so they’re doing everything they can to rig the system to win elections.

Tell Congress to OPPOSE THE SAVE ACT!

Free press is a founding principle of the United States, and yet, the Trump administration is using any means, including laws they have undermined in the past, to silence journalists and protestors.

Call your members of Congress. Tell them to stop the misuse of the FACE Act.

We are pleased to endorse Judge Chris Taylor for the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Judge Taylor is a fair-minded, balanced judge who will uphold Wisconsinites most fundamental rights- including abortion access.

We’re watching 3️⃣ cases that could impact the future of medication abortion access nationwide. Louisiana, Missouri, and Florida are all trying to ban mifepristone because limiting access means that millions would lose access to abortion care.
