Trump calls yet another woman bump "piggy," this time a Bloomberg Journalist, and embraces the Saudi dictator who ordered the murder of a Washington Post journalist.
Have we no moral standards any longer in America?
At long last, have we no shame?

Another statistic from our expert committee report on inequality for the G20 Leaders' Summit:

The richest 1% have seen their average wealth increase by $1.3 million USD since 2000, while people in the poorest half of humanity saw their wealth increase by an average of $585 over the same period

Dutch climate envoy Prince Jaime de Bourbon de Parme says the U.S. cannot ignore the climate crisis, even though the Trump administration is boycotting the #COP30 summit in Brazil. He also says Trump calling the climate crisis a "hoax" is akin to ignoring a doctor who tells you that you're sick.

Sen. Warren: “For decades, Larry Summers has demonstrated his attraction to serving the wealthy and well-connected, but his willingness to cozy up to a convicted sex offender demonstrates monumentally bad judgment.” Summers always thought money = value. Nothing new from him.

Trump has ordered a massive military buildup in the Caribbean.

After months of lethal strikes at sea, Trump is threatening to expand this illegal unauthorized war to Venezuela.

We don’t need another war. We need health care for all.

Billie Eilish asked an important question: "If you’re a billionaire, why are you a billionaire?"

There are FIVE ways to accumulate a billion dollars:

1) Profiting from a monopoly
2) Insider-trading
3) Political payoffs
4) Fraud
5) Inheritance

Billionaires are the result of a failed system.

The scope of dirty money (terrorists, criminals, sex predators) moving through crypto exchanges is dizzying. And as this article describes, Binance - the company at the heart of Trump's crypto corruption - continues to be one of the worst offenders.

Trump is dining with top Wall Street executives at the White House tonight — just months after giving them a huge tax cut in his Big Ugly Bill.

Meanwhile, his regime is continuing to withhold SNAP benefits for millions of hungry Americans.

81 years ago, FDR proposed a second Bill of Rights to guarantee every American the right to employment, healthcare, education, housing, and a living income. His words are as relevant now as they were then. Watch.

Be skeptical. Fuleihan is a retread of establishment Democratic politics. Yes Mamdani needs someone with knowledge of the budget. But surely there are others.
Will @zohrankmamdani.bsky.social be able to turn his ambitious agenda into public policy?

I spoke with Dean Fuleihan, Mamdani's newly-named First Deputy Mayor and a seasoned veteran of New York politics, on what to expect when he takes office in January. youtu.be/xgLTZ0Da-gw?...

Democrats can't defeat Trump-MAGA authoritarianism without an agenda that stands squarely on the side of working people.

We need a pro-worker, pro-democracy, anti-establishment movement that will take on oligarchy like never before.

It starts with the party rejecting Big Money.

Jews who voted for Mamdani in New York were willing to set aside their tribal interests in the name of the values they believe in. Those values conflict with the values espoused by the current Israeli government and align with the values of a great many Israelis.
