Periodic reminder that there is nothing you can give the far right that will satisfy them.

Remove a right, they’ll go after another. Attack a minority, they’ll want worse attacks and find new groups to attack.

There’s no end to the authoritarianism. Just more, and worse, until everyone’s crushed.

A few days ago, I read a post from someone who has a linktree link in their profile to a Googledrive full of excellent AuDHD related scholarly papers. Someone interrupted me as I was looking at it and I lost it forever! Please help, good peeple of Bluesky!! #audhdresearch #audhdthreads #audhdcontent

Ravens have 17 primary wing feathers, called pinions. Crows have 16 primary wing feathers.

So the difference between ravens and crows is a matter of a pinion.

Everyone should read this, especially for the bits in the article that give us some insight into what these detention prisons used by ICE are like.

And no one, no one, should be traveling to the US if they can avoid it. No one.

Graphic artist Rebecca Burke was on the trip of a lifetime. But as she tried to leave the US she was stopped, interrogated and branded an illegal alien by ICE. Now back home, she tells others thinking...

This is genius and I always want to hear the funk version played instead now.
I have this weird thing where I like the song Watermelon Sugar but I want to hear it sung by anyone but Harry Styles and in any style other than the one Harry is known for. Not because I have anything against him or pop but because I know that song was meant to be in a different genre. For instance:

Them: autistic people are loners and have difficulty making friends

Me: enjoys the quiet/calm, can enjoy being with people if the environment isn’t overwhelming, has difficulty finding people who understand/appreciate me, but when I do, they are my people forever

Somehow it always seems to come down to "blame people for being neurodivergent", rather than "fund a system which provides decent diagnosis and support". Btw, a lot of that money goes into helping neurodivergent individuals function in this world, and therefore able to work. Without it more can't.
