The official rulemaker is @matt-levine.bsky.social but I think this qualifies as a less subtle request for a bribe than asking how many chickens Netflix owns.
President Donald Trump said he will be involved in his administration’s approval process for Netflix’s proposed $83 billion purchase of Warner Bros. Discovery, adding that the streaming giant’s strong market position “could be a problem.”
Trump says he will be ‘involved’ in vetting Netflix-Warner deal
The president said he met with Netflix’s “fantastic” co-CEO Ted Sarandos last week but cautioned that the streamer’s market share could be a “big problem.”

'GRASS IS NOT GREEN', I say, challenging scientific orthodoxy.
Breaking News: Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said he personally instructed the CDC to abandon its position that vaccines do not cause autism. The move underscores his determination to challenge scientific orthodoxy — in this case, that vaccines save lives — and bend the health department to his will.
RFK Jr. Says He Instructed CDC to Change Vaccines and Autism Language on Website
In an interview, Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. cited gaps in vaccine safety research. His critics say he is ignoring a larger point: Vaccines save lives.

Neom always sounded like the most ridiculous idea I had ever heard but this amazingly well-done article by @financialtimes.com lays out in the best designed way that it was even more ridiculous than I even understood.

2 hours later when a key action sequence is set to Kickstart My Heart: "this is the greatest movie ever made."

Kind of shocking that apparently the New York Times doesn't mandate the type of Corruption and Bribery Awareness training I have had to take at every corporation I have ever worked for.

If it does, Eric either failed miserably or knows that this is 100% untrue.
Corruption requires explict quid pro quo. It is not corrupt to take an action that aligns with the interest of a person who gives you a gift, unless the official action was in direct response to that gift--a bribe. Terms matter. Accuracy and fairness matters. Regardless of what social media wants.

After off-setting all of his personal betting losses, he almost broke even!
Clay Travis tells Semafor's Mixed Signals podcast he saw a "flood of dollars" in affiliate deals after sports betting was legalized in the US.

"Right before we sold, on Super Bowl Sunday 2021, on that day alone, we made $2 million from FanDuel."
Legal sports betting was a ‘gold rush’ for Clay Travis: ‘We made $2M on Super Bowl Sunday’
“Everything changes almost overnight,” the OutKick founder said on Semafor’s Mixed Signals podcast.

"Chicago Pope" is like a 1994 SNL sketch. Airs at 12:20am, the only gag is that Chris Farley has a mustache and is doing a big accent. David Spade and the guest host (Joe Mantegna) keep breaking during it.

This entire season of Yellowjackets has felt like a show getting renewed for more seasons than the creators planned so they have to scramble and throw together something quickly that ends up as disjointed filler that just never advances the actual storyline.

It seems to me that if your objective is to accelerate domestic manufacturing, the logical approach would be to tariff fully assembled products and not tariff the components that could be assembled into products in the U.S.?
The Trump administration signaled on Sunday that it would pursue new tariffs on the powerful computer chips inside smartphones and other technologies, just two days after it excluded a variety of electronics from the steep import taxes recently applied on goods arriving from China.
