I’ve stumbled over something today on YouTube from the channel “Mirror of Being”. It discussed Dietrich Bonhoeffer’s Theory of stupidity. You can Google that name. He was Lutheran pastor & theologian during WW2. He was hanged in the concentration camp for opposing the Nazis.

Okay, I’m going to spend some time on my embroidery machine, need to think of something else besides politics.

Since I’m German by birth I thought I would share this with everyone. I like the comedian Jan Bömermann. I watch his show frequently and he is correct with what he says. It is in English so that Americans can understand it. Enjoy!

I have two predictions:
1) Gabbard will be confirmed, because the costs of defying Trump are too high for most Republicans to bear.
2) It will result in some major breech of national security.
NEW: Tulsi Gabbard's nomination to be director of national intelligence might—might—be in trouble.

Except for this: "Anyone who's paid attention to Republican politics for the past decade knows that to stay alive, you have to get on board with whatever the boss says or does—no matter what."

Maybe a Trump nominee can be too extreme for the GOP.
