I just went to the eye doctor and this weirdly turned out to be genuinely the case. Jokes are real, I guess. It finally makes sense why so many people I know get their medical advice from comedians on podcasts.
I haven’t got new eye prescription in like 6 years and am choosing to believe that I can now see a little better without my glasses because my vision is getting better as I age.

Saw a hip-looking LA guy in line at CVS who was wearing a vintage anti abortion t-shirt and spent a few minutes trying to figure out if he was wearing it ironically and then when he turned around I saw he was wearing sweatpants that said “Pro Life” on them and I remembered irony doesn’t exist.

This guy repeated“Whoa…whoa…whoa…” into our shared wall for the entire last inning of the World Series game and for maybe 2 hrs after which of course summoned the ghost of Joey Lawrence who I assume is now doing Beetlejuice stuff over there bc the guy started saying whoa again.
Every time my next door neighbor’s boyfriend comes over her place, it sounds like he immediately presses his face against our shared wall bc every time he talks my entire apartment rattles. I imagine he does this because he’s very bashful.
