Zohran and AOC are against primarying Hakeem Jeffries because that’s the deal they made for his weak sauce endorsement that Zohran didn’t need anyway.

The article is overthinking a simple problem: NYC DSA is neither independent of the Democratic Party nor working class in its orientation.
With news of Chi Ossé challenging Hakeem Jeffries this year, you may be wondering—

• Why are Zohran + AOC against the idea?
• Why is this even being debated in NYC-DSA?

If you read this piece by Paul Engler, you'll get why. But here's my TLDR take.🧵

If you saw this week's John Oliver @lastweektonight.com, KYUK is one of those underresourced remote public media outlets that serves mostly-Indigenous listeners, many lacking internet, many in need of local emergency news during events like last month's storm.

Please donate!
KYUK, one of the few sources of local news and native language programming in the region devastated by last month's storm, lost federal funding that was up to 70% of its budget and plans to make cuts in January.

Alaska station that covered devastating storm cuts jobs
KYUK public TV and radio station in Western Alaska serves dozens of villages damaged by Typhoon Halong. But with federal funding eliminated, KYUK makes severe cuts to its staff and news department.

Epstein offered the NY Times photos of Trump with young girls in bikinis during his first campaign in 2015.

The NY Times declined them because they were just too busy hyperventilating over Hillary’s private email server.
