What a day yesterday to finally see @newcastleunited.com win a trophy and Big Dan Burn score at Wembley. My kids were lucky enough to meet him a couple of years ago and he was a top bloke!

Definitely fair play on that front. Very generous with their time added a difficult night for them.

Great to meet you too, Paul. Always love going to the Stan.
Nice to meet you tonight @chrisdhwaugh.bsky.social. Great result for the Stan but fair play to the u21s for coming out and signing autographs for the kids.

Another UNISON win! 💪

Staff at Northumberland County Council faced cuts to their pay protections but thanks to the collective strength of UNISON members coming together the council dropped the changes.

Some interesting #NUFC lines from Eddie Howe this morning. After 2 windows without strengthening team he says “the same squad can produce a staleness … a negative product. I think we’re aware of that.” Says “freshness is important” but Jan will be about “what we’re able to do rather than want.”

A Christmassy KC - Day One

Three years ago now, I asked the good people of Twitter (there were more of them then) to make my profile photo more Christmassy. The response was phenomenal. From tomorrow, I'll pick a picture each day for my profile.
