Surely this is a solved problem? Anyone aware of a way to deal with snow on solar panels?
I love my solar panels, I just wish that someone would design some sort of heating element that would melt snow on them. My winters are usually 0% utilization because of snow/drifts.

Interesting. Need to read this.
The Land Use Framework DEFRA is consulting on is fascinating.

🌱 9% of farmland will need to be taken out of production to deliver environmental and climate benefits.

🏘️ Just 0.2% of farmland will be needed to hit the government’s 1.5m homes target.

My eldest daughter is working 12 hour shifts right over Christmas in a centre which helps women make a new start. I’m very proud of her, but at the same time sad that she misses out on time with her siblings, who rarely see each other these days.

It was concerning to see an MP calling for the reintroduction of a form of blasphemy laws today in the Commons.

Blasphemy was abolished as an offence in England and Wales in 2008 under the last Labour government.

In Sep, the UK Govt promised it would ‘never inhibit’ free expression on religions.

Dog walk around Plymouth (UK). Sitting in a pub en-route. Over 30s talking at their tables. Under 30s on their phones, occasionally exchanging comment. Is this a generational phenomenon #sociology people?

I’ve just blocked someone who only seemed to want to post about God & Jesus.
Do you think that’s fair? I suppose I could have just chosen not to follow back. But as a #humanist it just annoys me.
And I’m conflicted I suppose, as I love old churches & cathedrals. But I don’t believe in any “God”

I’m not a psychologist, but I followed a lot on X, so this is good advice if you want to follow & learn from psychologists here…
Let's do this!

Still on the Other Place for now… I've spent 14 years building up 185K followers, and (more importantly) following 20K psychologists.

But we'll grow on here, hopefully with help from you friends, old and new.

If you're the latter, here's what we do!
