I would caution people to stop relying on the Constitution as written to have any meaning other than what the people Trump put on the Supreme Court says it means.
"He can't do that" is not a useful response to the things he's going to do. The correct response is "Will the Court uphold that?"

Trump cannot abrogate birthright citizenship under the 14th Amendment by way of executive order. That’s not how constitutional rights work.

🔥 I just reread this Bark Magazine piece we wrote in '19 as a way to remember the struggles big dog owners face after disaster. Trying to stay together is intensely difficult but desperately important. #PTSD Animal advocates have to remember to keep this need front and center.
