I don’t think anyone is prepared for what they just did w/ ICE.
This is not a simple budget increase. It is an explosion - making ICE bigger than the FBI, US Bureau of Prisons, DEA,& others combined.

I am only aware of two mainstream films that he made, but what movies they were in The Elephant Man and The Straight Story. He redefined the small town mystery genre with Blue Velvet and Twin Peaks. It didn’t always make sense; but it was always mesmerizing.
