It's wild that so many people seem to think that being in the closet to your co-workers and/or family means that you are "choosing to stay outside of the community out of cowardice".
If any such people are "outside of the community" it's because you refuse to let them.

seeing this a few times lately: if your parents reject you for being who you are, reject them back. they didn't deserve offspring. especially when there are plenty of people who will like you and make you feel happy to be that person just out there ready with open arms.
