I think I'm going to do a Skagway-fancy charcuterie board for the Thanksgiving potluck this year. I've got prosciutto, a few types of salami, brie, pistachios, and dark chocolate covered mangoes immediately on hand. Wanna find more cheeses, and maybe another nut.
