Way back in May when I was at Gladstone's Library I spent some of my time researching agents and making a spreadsheet of about thirty agents that were open and interested in my type of crime.

Their accomplice is on the phone to your bank, pretending to be you.
Your bank sends you the notification.

First CWA meeting as Emerging Author
Last weekend I attended my first Crime Writers' Association as an Emerging Author. We gathered at Craiglands Hotel in Ilkely ready for a packed day of talks and insight from experts across a range of topics. Despite being a newbie and feeling a little nervous, I was made to feel very welcome by the members who were there and soon felt relaxed.

By the way, you know that tanker accident in the North Sea this week? The tanker was carrying jet fuel for US airbases. The cargo ship that ran into it was Russian. Things are getting feisty. I did warn you about Russia.
