Like sport, love family and happy when I find honest politicians. Big Rabbitohs fan.
The Albanese gov’t has backed away from regulating AI companies. Looks very much like there’s been some lobbying going on by big tech. Not a good look and once more the big end of town gets its way. Here’s another example of who they’re governing for.

The mood in Sydney today. Crashing thunder, hail more than rain and collapsed trees but these things do not deter XR, Drum Rebellion, Knitting Nannas and Bob Brown Foundation. They added to the “wind” near NSW Parliament House today.

A storm disaster in Sydney today. Just another report among others almost nightly from here and overseas. Of course no mention of Climate Change causing all these disasters. Gee, it’s almost like they’ve been told not to mention it.

Australian Parliamentary Enquiry into the South Australian Algal Bloom disaster just shows how ill prepared our governments are for future climate disasters. Get off your backsides people and start thinking about our future. Forget the next election, this is about our future.

Well done Seven News Sydney this evening. A man died in an industrial accident at Port Kembla Steelworks today. Not a mention ‘cause you know a tunnel under Sydney harbour update and a circus ‘commercial’ so much more important.

Has anyone seen those appalling Westpac Bank TV commercials of late, involving Australian cricketers? Westpac and your advertising agency, the commercials are just awful.

Good comment by Michelle Grattan on #Liberals decision to drop #NetZero. My view is they are run by Christian Right who believe God alone is in charge of Climate and he will call them to fix it when he is ready.

By dumping net zero, Liberals are thumbing their noses at voters
The Liberals' decision to walk away from a commitment to net zero is ill-judged and politically dangerous. It’s also unnecessary.
