A nice perk of the majority of my work colleagues being Millennials or older Gen Z, is that memes and reaction gifs are an acceptable form of communication.

Anthurium bakeri x ????

Seed parent is definitely bakeri, but I'm not sure if it was self-pollinated, or if one of my other pendant Anthurium got it. It's on a shelf in my cabinet with vitarifolium, pendens, and gracile.

This bastard was dying from root rot a couple of years ago, so my wife put it in leca with a self-watering wick. When it didn't die, I moved it to my leca tray with my carnivorous plants. It took over the whole tray. #AnthuriumFriedrichsthalii #houseplants

Fantastic talk last night to the Rose City Astronomers in Portland! They have 900 members and over 200 turned up to talk about black holes- gotta be the biggest amateur astronomy club in the country! 🤩
