Yes. There's a journalist who successfully applied and passed a drug test despite recently consuming cannabis and it certainly still in her system. The actual goons are likely on much harder stuff.

What I noticed watching them is that the ICE agents seem to be very agitated / twitchy - they cannot stand still for 10 seconds. Super amped up - I wonder, although I think I know the answer, is if these people are drug tested?

The @startribune.com is reporting that witnesses have already been taken to the Whipple Building. I’m definitely concerned for their safety, particularly the observer in the red coat who bravely filmed the murder.
