Buttigieg on Indiana: "The big part of how Trumpism works is to make you feel totally disempowered. To make him feel inevitable. And yet the clear takeaway from this is he is not unstoppable and you are not without power."

You do realize that if whatever is in the Epstein files that the Felon in Chief seems to be afraid of is, indeed, a federal crime, we'll see the first ever self presidential pardon?

My responsibility is to be the mayor to each and every person that calls this city their home. That includes millions of immigrants— of which I am one.

"Just a few years ago, conservatives struggled to navigate a world in which everyone was expected to pay fealty (whether sincerely or not) to the idea the US could be a multi-racial democracy in which equality was the goal toward which we all strove. A sad irony in Washington, D.C., where West Virginia National Guardsmen were shot today. Six days ago, a court ruled their deployment was illegal, but stayed the order pending appeal. My heart goes out to these public servants and their families. oag.dc.gov/sites/defaul...

It should be argued that if the national guard were not there, they would not have been shot. They should have been with their families for Thanksgiving instead of D.C. Sending 500 more National Guard to D.C. is crazy.
