Non-Battletech post: apparently it was the 30th anniversary of Ghost in the Shell (although I watched it on a crusty old vhs tape later) and it remains one of the most beautiful and influential sci-fi aesthetics of all time. Every single frame is a work of sci-fi art.

My favorite thing is deciding weather I want health insurance for my family or education, or a maintained house. Like you can't have all of that. You need to pick 1 or maybe you can half ass 2 of them. Maybe. But in any case doing any of them, even half assed makes you financially unsound

I did the work today to be able to offer print-on-demand small posters (10" x 16" on heavy cardstock) of six of my paintings!
Now I gotta wait for the proof copies to be made and shipped to me, then if everything looks good I'll be offering those as really affordable ways to get some of my art!!
