Has there ever been a more thin skinned, pathetic president as Trump or a party that is as babyish as the gop? The hypocrisy is NEXT LEVEL

Kind of wild that the New York Times has more sympathy for an influencer who posted child porn than it does for trans children who want to be left alone.
I've spent years following a right-wing influencer who's made a career out of outrage. I wanted to understand why he does it. What does his career look like, his income? Here's what I found. GIFT LINK www.nytimes.com/2025/06/06/t...

Much of the media will hold Democrats accountable for the words of a random liberal online but give Republicans a free pass on the white nationalists and conspiracy theorists they actually meet with in person and follow online.
In a healthy White House, activists like Laura Loomer wouldn’t be let in the door. In this White House, she gets influential access to the president and vice president.

Both parties have fringes, but only one party blurs the line between its fringe and its mainstream. www.msnbc.com/rachel-maddo...
Laura Loomer’s White House access erases the line between the fringe and mainstream
In a normal White House, right-wing activists like Loomer wouldn’t have access. But that’s not Donald Trump’s White House.

Excellent point.

Democrats dithered replacing an old president with a younger candidate, but the press is holding the entire party accountable.

Republicans staged a violent coup against our government, one in which multiple office holders were openly complicit, and the press just shrugged it off.
The press gnawing on this bone a hell of a lot harder and longer than they ever did January 6. Republicans skirted questions on that by like mid-February.
Democrats are trying to move beyond Joe Biden, but continued questions about his cognitive abilities while president are emerging as both a major distraction and a litmus test for party leaders

It’s incredible that the President of the United States is openly flirting with suspending Habeas Corpus, disappearing people left and right, arresting judges and politicians, accepting ludicrous bribes from foreign countries, and people are still trying to normalize this shit.

Does any team have as many players with numbers in the 90s than the #Oilers ?

On December 2, the Canadiens were in 31st place. The team's postseason berth is nothing short of amazing!

Any traders with inside information that Trump was going to walk back his tariffs — some of them, presumably, Trump family members and cronies — just made a fortune.

It all feels like chaos until you look more closely at who is winning.

Yes, it’s a bit hard to see now, but allowing the president to become a king who can kidnap citizens while also demolishing the global financial system is a small price to pay for getting to keeping 23 trans women from playing college sports.

the inevitable end point of every right-wing fueled moral panic like this is “the right wing returns to power and uses their imagined oppression as justification for actual oppression” and it’s crazy that we haven’t figured this out yet
We have had nearly two decades of panic about Free Speech on Campus and not a single case, not even the ones they made up, were as bad as what's happening now
This is the text of the email just sent to hundreds of international students telling them that their visas have been revoked due to activism or social media posts.

Why have Musk-backed PACs spent $10M on the Wisconsin Supreme Court race?

It's not just to uphold WI's abortion ban and gerrymandered maps.

Tesla is suing WI over a state law that hurts its bottom line — a case that could be decided by its Supreme Court.

Follow the money.
