So let me get this straight.

If you apply for a job at a grocery store, you have to undergo a background check.

But, if you apply to be Director of National Intelligence, you don't?

Got it.

Justice delayed was justice denied.
NEW: Judge Tanya Chutkan dismissed the charges against Trump in the DC election subversion case without prejudice. This allows the Justice Department to refile charges once Trump is out of office.
BREAKING: Special Counsel Jack Smith asked a federal judge to dismiss the charges brought against Donald Trump in the DC election subversion case. Smith asks for the case to be dismissed without prejudice and leave open the possibility for charges to be filed again in the future.

When I warned repeatedly that Trump intended to go after the free press in a 2nd term I wasn’t just talking about things like jailing journalists who refuse to reveal leakers or FCC harassment. I was talking about things like this. But they didn’t think it would happen to them.

Jack Smith is moving to end the Jan. 6 case against Trump.

Spare me the law & order rhetoric that has come from the Right. Never again will I believe you. That was only for some people.

I guess it’s all just a free-for-all now. Every story of terror can be made into a love story.

I dissent.

And remember, when a family doc or OBGYN leaves they leave their whole patient panel without a physician

The 60 year old woman who needs preventative care for osteoporosis, cancer care, her doctor has left the state

The 40 year old man who needs diabetes care, his family doc has left the state
Deadly policies lead to physician mass exodus.
A survey of 258 obstetricians in Oklahoma found 58% have considered or are planning to leave Oklahoma, and 79% feel unable to practice evidence-based medicine in the state.

The pomp and circumstance of winning elections & the pageantry of swearing-in all culminates in the literal signing of a form.

For the 5th time, I had the immense honor of doing that yesterday

It’s a tough place to work but I love the fight. Looking forward to doing as much food as I can.

It isn't "sharing your faith" when you're using legislation to do it. That's "forcing your faith."

Jesus never gave us the right to impose our religious beliefs on anyone.

When it violates human free will and matters of conscience, it isn't about Jesus.

It's about control.

I put these out, occasionally, but if any teacher is forced to teach a Bible-based lesson Defense of Democracy developed some lesson plans that we hope no one ever uses.

That said, they are Biblically responsible, and turnkey.

People need to know that the FBI doesn’t make the call on Cabinet nominees. They investigate, and they say, “Here’s what we found. Here’s what troubles us.” Private vetting firms don’t have the powers the FBI has, and their loyalty is to whomever is paying them. @nbcbayarea.bsky.social

All of that to say, this man is a MONSTER, and stories like this, I know, must be hard to cover, so HUGE credit to Dylan for the work he did on this story.
