I filed a bill in oklahoma to hold gun owners accountable when a child is shot and the gun owner failed to secure their guns.
A 7-year-old-boy was unintentionally shot and critically wounded by a 9-year-old child this weekend inside a home in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Authorities said the two children were playing with an unsecured gun when it fired.
Tragedies like these are preventable with secure gun storage.
