The rapid enshitification of CBS news by Bari Weiss is appalling. The announcement of John Dickerson's coming departure was a huge blow. But the gutting of the CBS Saturday Morning crew, and particularly the cutting of hosts Dana Jacobson and Michelle Miller is the final straw--I'm done with CBS.

There are 2 previous historical cases of countries destroying their science and universities, crippling them for decades: Lysenkoism in the USSR and Nazi Germany. The Trump administration will be the 3rd.
