I challenged myself to build a web app that you can use to tag a severe report and automatically generate a message to send the info to the proper NWS office. For now its optimized for X but hopefully can be used here in the future.

Here's a weird fact: If you're driving on a country road and you notice they don't form a perfect grid, so that you will have to take a little dogleg curve to stay on the same road, those are there to compensate for the curvature of the earth. You can't lay a grid over a globe
