Thanks to my friend who got me into the fantastic gig by The Saints ‘73-‘78 with Mark Arm on lead vocals last week. I’ve only been a casual fan of the Australian punk originators, but having seen him play live co-founding member Ed Kuepper is now one of my guitar heroes. Arm was incredible on vox.

No, JD, millions of homes were bought by private equity and as investments by rich people and sit unoccupied. There are plenty of these on my street alone.
