Piil Tree House Retreat, Estonia by Arsenit
Modular prefabricated cabin in Estonia's Jägala-Joa forest, elevated 9m on a single steel truss for panoramic views and minimal ground impact, designed by Arsenit in 2023. Its sustainable design uses thermally modified pine cladding, Accoya wood, triple-glazed windows, and an MVHR system to reduce waste and energy use.
