"Trump and his party have speed-run a campaign of extermination against immigrants that evokes the greatest human rights atrocities of the past, all while attempting to pass a funding bill that will bankrupt this country for generations."

And dehumanization of others will poison so many people.
NEW: I wrote about ‘Alligator Alcatraz,’ the deranged Trump and DeSantis collab to imprison thousands of migrants in tents surrounded by deadly wild animals, the speed-running of mass deportation and the language of extermination.
Alligator Alcatraz immigrant prison camp is Florida's sadistic 'one-stop shop' for mass deportation
Trump will attend the opening on Tuesday with Gov. DeSantis and DHS Sec. Noem.

Attention: Musk’s staffers are now seeking access to a sensitive Medicare database as part of their crackdown on undocumented immigrants. DOGE was never about saving the U.S. money—it’s about building a government-run machine to weaponize personal data.

Republicans tank the economy; reward themselves with massive wealth transfer from the poor
A budget is a statement of your values.
Here’s the Republican budget proposal:

- At least $4.6T more for tax cuts for the ultra rich
- $175B more for ICE
- $150B more for military
- Increase the deficit by trillions
- Cuts to programs benefiting the working-class

Last week an executive order to ramp up mining operations on federal public lands & now our oceans.

Trump and his thugs are hellbent on opening up the world for exploitation in every way conceivable.

It's horrifying to witness.

They're going to kill ever last creature and poison every last acre.
Exclusive: White House weighs executive order to fast-track deep-sea mining, sources say
The White House is weighing an executive order that would fast-track permitting for deep-sea mining in international waters and let mining companies bypass a United Nations-backed review process, according to two sources with direct knowledge of the deliberations.

I can’t believe this is happening at the exact same time Schumer is caving.
Wow.

Rep. Chuck Edwards is getting torn apart at a town hall in Asheville, NC.

“I’m a veteran & you don’t give a fuck about me. You don’t get to do this to us!”

Edwards orders veteran to be thrown out.

We’re approaching a tipping point now. Anger across the country is going to boil over soon.

The AOC Challenge Schumer Challenge
Republicans’ partisan spending bill turns the federal government into a slush fund for Donald Trump and Elon Musk.

It’s unthinkable that any Senate Democrat would hand them a blank check by voting for cloture.

Sen Dems vote against CR. Then demand a new minority leader.
March 14, 2025 at 12:22 AM
Please listen - the minority leader is wrong on this and the long term consequences will be horrendous @sanders.senate.gov @wyden.senate.gov @whitehouse.senate.gov @booker.senate.gov @kaine.senate.gov @markwarner.bsky.social
No Dem Senator has to follow Schumer here. This is a weak stategic move driven by fear and learned helplessness. Don't follow him. He's leading the party into irrelevance and helping Trump and Musk in the process.

Call your Dem Senators and ask them not to join Schumer's surrender tomorrow.
SCHUMER just now: "While the CR bill is very bad, the potential for a shutdown has consequences for America that are much, much worse."
March 14, 2025 at 12:36 AM
The Democrats really need a new minority leader. Sadly, @schumer.senate.gov mistakenly believes he is making the right call - just as Neville Chamberlain thought so long ago. The shutdown will hurt - the CR will be worse.

A horrific story: A 22-year-old died from an asthma attack after his inhaler jumped from $66 to $539—out of reach when his insurance, a UnitedHealth Group subsidiary, stopped covering it. He struggled to breathe for five days before collapsing.

The cruelty of our healthcare system knows no bounds.

The man wasn’t given a notice before the insurance company dropped the medication, the lawsuit says.
