Update: It’s now at 71% of Latinos voted YES.
Here’s an exit poll from Prop 50 broken down by ethnic groups. As you can see it had support across the board. Notice Latino support at almost 70%. California Latinos are not the same as Florida Latinos and I wish more people understood that instead of generalizing us.

6 jabs a year offers almost 100% protection against HIV acquisition.
Currently the plan is for limited rollout, for those unable to take PrEP pills. Better if it were offered to all.
