While running a work errand, I parked on street and fed the meter for 6 minutes (a whopping .70). 2 cars back, some guy "parked" (with his hazards on ) in a no parking zone, despite an available spot 2 cars in front of me. I got back to my legally parked car before this ass hat. 1/2
