Dazu haben @gruene-bundestag.de einen Antrag mit entsprechenden Vorschlägen ins Parlament eingebracht.
Nachtzüge stellen eine wunderbare, klimaverträgliche Form der #Reise dar.

Using CO2 to push more oil out of old oilfields (enhanced oil recovery[EOR]) is a bad idea for many reasons but one of the biggest is that much of the CO2 doesn't stay in the ground and even worse, some can be converted to methane.
Issue could use much more attention.

I'm a broken record on this but we absolutely do not talk enough about the fact that ~20% of injected CO2 for EOR-CCUS can be microbially converted to methane. coupled with lax MVA regimes, EOR "storage" could easily produce a net increase in GHG emissions!

When environmental groups do sue, they target ecosystems, water, and climate—not urban housing. The Sierra Club fights groundwater extraction. The Center for Biological Diversity protects endangered species. They’re almost never in court over apartment buildings or affordable housing.
