King Charles who loves killing foxes, birds, and badgers has been made Patron of the RSPCA.

King Charles used his power to block a ban on Fox Hunting and to make sure it is the joke ban we currently have.

RT if the RSPCA should remove him.

Do you own a very lovely dolly?
Were you in the library last week?
Has your lovely dolly been much quieter than usual these last few days?

If you can answer YES to all three questions then we might have your dolly and she really wants to go home!

Collect from the main desk.

Blimey, this is big news: but sort of not surprising considering the screw-up around the general election candidates and a historic leftwards lean of the local party
🚨BREAKING: 20 Broxtowe Borough councillors, including leader Cllr Milan Radulovic, have resigned from the Labour Party to stand as independents under the Broxtowe Independents group due to unhappiness w/ national and regional party.

Some days the only answer is to get wrapped up, get my boots on 🥾make a flask of 🫖 & walk. From Cromer to Overstrand on the beach and back to Cromer as the sun set & the sky was on fire for well over and hour. ☀️ 🔥

In truth, every single major piece of legislation ought to be this somberly undertaken, this well attended, this carefully considered, and this passionately, but cordially, argued.

If our elected chamber can be what we witnessed today, why can't it all the time?

The petition for a general election was never meant to succeed. It is part of what will continue to be a series of stunts to grab media headlines and keep the government on the back foot.
Just like GB News is there to create bullshit talking points that are then picked up by other outlets.

About alt text for new Blueskyers:

In settings turn on "require alt text" under "accessibility." Then, whenever you post a photo, just add a short description of the photo. For people with low vision or who are blind, alt text is read by their screen reader, so they know what the image is. 🤩
