A lovely hour spent having a 1/3 mile swim followed by relaxing in the steam room & spa pool. 🏊

The battle was to get out the door,the minute I did I was ready💪🏼 First one this week, my muscles were tired after Saturday & work overran yesterday 🙄Happy with that 3 weeks off my asthma meds,looking forward to tomorrows tests to establish baseline & new drugs regime #BluseskyRunning #RebelliousHope

The weather has been miserable today. I had a lazy start, got lots of chores done, then had an early dinner & took myself to the cinema to see 🎥 🍿 H is for Hawk. I really enjoyed it, Clare Foy was excellent. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a film the day it went on general release before! 🦅

@parkrunuk.bsky.social I’m a huge fan🤩but I placed 1 order (2 items) why do they come with different couriers (not both Royal Mail as promised)& why send this,it’s 2 years old & not wanted?Please consider saving money &🌲ship items together via reliable (not Evri) courier & not print these?🤔 #Parkrun

It was pacer day at a neighbouring #Parkrun today. Muddy & slippy in places, tough going. Managed to stick to the 33 min pacer for 2 miles. Bless him he saw me after & said he’ll do 34 min pacer next month & help me aim for a PB #Volunteers #BeKind #RebelliousHope @parkrunuk.bsky.social

Day off today & I wanted a run but with biblical rain forecast I thought I’d try the treadmill, not the most inspiring view but I did it & then had a gentle 1/4 in the very quiet pool 🏊 followed by a lovely relaxing steam room & spa pool session 🥰 #BlueskyRunning #RebelliousHope
