Final figures for January 2026. It doesn’t seem much when you see it like that. My first properly trained for 10K, 4 x #Parkrun I ran in all weathers including snow ❄️ I’m determined to carry on aimimg to increase strength, stamina & my pace but above all enjoy it. 🏃♀️😊 #Running #RebelliousHope

A really lovely afternoon catching up / putting the world to rights with a very dear friend. Not a huge fan of steam rolled teacakes but a nice spot. We then had a lovely walk along the prom / beach / pier & at 1700hrs as we parted ways it was still daylight 🥳 #Friendship

The weather has been miserable today. I had a lazy start, got lots of chores done, then had an early dinner & took myself to the cinema to see 🎥 🍿 H is for Hawk. I really enjoyed it, Clare Foy was excellent. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a film the day it went on general release before! 🦅

@parkrunuk.bsky.social I’m a huge fan🤩but I placed 1 order (2 items) why do they come with different couriers (not both Royal Mail as promised)& why send this,it’s 2 years old & not wanted?Please consider saving money &🌲ship items together via reliable (not Evri) courier & not print these?🤔 #Parkrun
