Essex by birth Norfolk at heart, I love the great outdoors, enjoy walking 🥾, amateur 📸 , volunteer locally, progressing well with 🏃♀️ Couch to 10K & most likely at Parkrun on a Saturday morning.
Yesterday I took my annual trip to see the seals 🦭 I parked at Waxham & walked the 5 miles to Horsey Gap & back. A whopping 3659 pups have been born this season! I'm lucky to have this natural event close by. All taken with a long lens and from a very respectful distance. 🧵1/2 #Seals #NorthNorfolk

A bevy of Swans at Pulls Ferry, Norwich earlier on. Fast to approach me, clearly unamused I had no food. Beautiful birds, crouched down they just happily wandered all around me, not a hiss to be heard. 🥰 🦢 @swanwatchuk.bsky.social

A perfect day for #Parkrun - cold, dry & sunny. The course had dried out a little. I stayed at my home run & as not but even bone conductors are allowed in my upcoming 10K I opted to run without my music 🎶 & I really enjoyed it & even set a new course PB ‼️ 7s off the last one set 3 weeks ago 🥳 💪🏼 🏃♀️

Perfect running weather:cool,clear & starry,dry & slightly breezy.Concentrated on a newer route to include some inclines, have to really watch my step but it felt good. I spent lunchtime route planning to add some hills & mix it up a bit,tiring of running in the dark.Awful anxiety hit 5 mins in no idea why and it was a struggle not to just go straight home 🤷🏻♀️ #C210K #RebelliousHope #Anxiety

After a night of heavy rain, the roads were like rivers so I knew Parkrun would be a quagmire …. I decided to get in the pool instead. Swum 2/3 mile 🏊 followed by a relaxing steam & spa pool session. 😊
