Training plan week 11 run 3 recovery run. 10 hrs since the last run. Decent sleep, but definitely not enough thats for sure. Had to wear my old trainers until my blister heals.

Training plan week 11 run 2 - tempo Tuesday. Mentally exhausted, and lack of sleep and food has caught up tonight. Foot throbbed, and windy as hell too. I did it and hit my targets. Thats all that matters tonight. Hated it.

Training plan week 11 run 1 - recovery run. Mentally exhausted from a bad weekend, which i wont share on here, but nevertheless I was up and out at 6:15am and did it. Weather wise was perfect 👌 a bit of rain was needed for once, but had stopped lol.

No medals or personal bests today for my daughter, but she did equal 2 of the 3, so not too bad. Came 5th, 1st and 2nd in her heats. Good positive feedback from the coaches too. Move on 3 weeks times to Leeds.
