Patagonia truly is wilderness untamed. It is not just the awe inspiring mountains, but also the stormy, dramatic and rapidly changing weather which make it so very special!

And it will get darker.
Don’t be sad.
We are where we are because we were meant to fight for America.
I truly believe each of us can make a difference in bringing light to our country again.

Had my second BJJ class (in years) today. So far I've just gone to the women's classes but in two weeks I want to start going to the morning classes as well. It feels good to get moving again.

If you feel overwhelmed by the deluge of bad news streaming out of Washington, that's by design.

Instead of feeling helpless in the face of it all, pick one or two issues that speak to you deeply and concentrate on pushing back on those.

This is not a sprint. Saving the Republic is a marathon.

As the transgender community continues to fight for civil rights in the U.S., one of the most common arguments against progress is that transgender people are a recent phenomenon.

But it’s a fight that’s been happening here for decades and around the world for centuries. ⤵️

My after work goals today were
- crochet 1 hour
- write 1 hour
- take a shower
So far I have picked up four crochet projects and gotten a few rows in on each and opened five writing projects, read what I wrote and closed them again.
**deep breath**
I will be gentle with myself.
